'Ella' means 'she' in Spanish and is the name of this coffee project. This coffee is a collaborative effort made exclusively of women-owned farms in Guatemala. The powerhouse trio that spearheads this project are Sofia Plocharski, Jovita Castillo, and Rita Cohen.

This coffee carries the heritage of those who farmed before and the legacy they hope to leave for those after.

After meeting Sofia in 2022 we knew we wanted to partner with her, and we have been using her coffee ever since.
